Once you have T3 Rake and T3 Love Bites, you can make a choice whether you go for T1-T3 Nox Nostra or T3 Sanguine Retreat, depending which you feel will be better. Toxic Bullets > Stamina Mastery > Dispel Magic usually, but Dispel Magic takes priority when enemies have early Slowing Hex that can kill you.
