Led by the specter of Catherine the Great, the Soviet Empire has flourished in a brave new world of Mysticism. But while her deeper motivations are often obfuscated from the world stage, one thing is for certain: she hates being a ghost. To this end she has tasked The Empire’s spymaster with one goal: find a way to make her corporeal once more. Relentless in pursuit of his task; the operative known only as "The Raven" has scoured the Earth looking for strange artifacts, apocryphal writings, and wisdom of the life beyond. Now in New York, Raven looks to find a way to tether Catherine’s spirit to the mortal coil.
